Fixit add-on is the industry-specific solution, using this solution an organization can take preemptive measures of their assets. It covers both predictive and breakdown maintenance and notifies on both activities. It also provides a cost analysis on repair and maintenance activity done on any asset and also fully integrated with the Inventory module of SAP Business One.

Maintenance Checklist
Activity Plan: What maintenance activity should be performed on which asset and what would be its frequency so that alerts can be created.
Activity Carried Out: : Based on Activity Plan which task has been done and what would be its next scheduled date. Also caters to any replacing items needed to repair any asset and calculates the cost of maintenance. Breakdown: Sudden breakdowns in plant/machine. Also, notify whether production is stopped due to this sudden breakdown.
Breakdown Rectification: Knowledge base on issues that occurred and how breakdown can be rectified. Also caters to any replacing items needed to repair any asset and rectify breakdown. It also calculates the cost of maintenance and effect on the production order of SAP Business One.
Power/ Fuel Consumption: In case of any machine consuming power/fuel. It caters to all the information so that the efficiency of the machine can be analyzed.
